I help partners understand each other more deeply, shift out of reactive cycles, and co-create the kind of relationship they truly want - whether that’s healing, growing, or redefining the relationship altogether.

Adolescence can be intense, confusing, and full of pressure - from within and from the outside world. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where teens can explore their identity, emotions, relationships, and life challenges. I collaborate with both teens and their families to strengthen self-understanding, emotional regulation, and communication. My approach honors each teen's individuality while helping them develop the insight and tools they need to feel more grounded and confident.
